Ingredients

  • 7-8 ripe blackberries
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Carb Master from Ralphs Supermarket lime yogurt or sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons pomegranate red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Put ingredients into blender and liquidize.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water and blend.
