Ingredients
- 7-8 ripe blackberries
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Carb Master (from Ralphs Supermarket) lime yogurt or sour cream
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons pomegranate red wine vinegar
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Put ingredients into blender and liquidize.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water and blend.
